In my own work my sketches, or drawing ends up gone. Wallpapered over with oil paint. I've had a passion for the idea of edges , whether soft or hard in painting. The purity of drawing is something lately I've wanted to feel again. The first image is the back of a local motorcycle shop. The motorcycles are in for repairs. The drawing is graphite, and oils on paper. The follow two sketches are from a figure drawing drop in session. I had not been to one in years, and it was peaceful. Having dealt with the male figure the majority of my career, it was good to draw a woman.
